For our newest materials innovation, CELLIANT formed a strategic partnership with UNIFI, global leaders in fiber science and sustainable synthetics, to deliver high-quality recycled textile materials.
CELLIANT is tested and proven to work with REPREVE®, the global leader in recycled performance fibers. Leveraging its proprietary regeneration technology, REPREVE has transformed more than 35 million plastic bottles into recycled fiber that delivers enhanced comfort, greater performance and superior durability.
CELLIANT with REPREVE is available as Recycled Polyester (fiber, filament yarn), and Recycled Nylon (filament yarn). All varieties are available through UNIFI's Suzhou facilities. Filament yarn can also be made-to-order in the United States.
CELLIANT with REPREVE’s official preferred North America knitting partner is Beverly Knits, who also operates Creative Dyeing & Finishing, LLC. The three-way partnership allows for the production of finished goods to take place within a 300‑mile radius, from CELLIANT mineral processing to final product, creating local‑for‑local Made In USA solutions.
In addition to our local mill partners, CELLIANT has a robust global supply chain network for recycled fiber and yarn solutions with CELLIANT. Our international supplier partners include Indorama Ventures’s Wellman International in Ireland for recycled fiber and Indorama Ventures in Thailand for recycled filament yarn.
Hologenix works with Indorama Ventures, the world's largest producer of PET resins based in Bankgok, Thailand. Together, Indorama and Hologenix supply brand partners with recycled filament yarn. Indorama CELLIANT rPET is available in the following mediums:
