FDA Determination

CELLIANT captures and converts body heat into infrared energy which is shown to increase local circulation and cell oxygenation. The effect of those increases is more energy, strength, endurance, faster recovery times and better sleep.

Hologenix, creator of CELLIANT, is proud to announce that the FDA has determined that CELLIANT products are medical devices as defined in section 201(h) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and are general wellness products.

“We believe that CELLIANT is a truly disruptive technology that has transformational applications for textiles,” said Seth Casden, Hologenix CEO. “We’re currently evaluating additional applications of CELLIANT in the healthcare space, where, for example, people who suffer from diabetes might benefit from increased blood flow to body tissue.”

CELLIANT can currently be found in world-class products across industry, everything from apparel to bedding, wetsuits to office furniture, and uniforms to fabrics for animals.
