We’re thrilled to partner with Decathlon, a world leader in sports retail, to infuse infrared performance and recovery benefits into their new, innovative products. The first product to launch is the Wedze Ski Sock, designed to give winter athletes the performance they expect from Decathlon, plus the power of CELLIANT infrared fibers. Our brand partnership is rooted in even more than creating products powered by infrared, and reflects our strong alignment of core values and cultures.
A family business founded in 1976, the first Decathlon store opened in Lille, France. Today, you can find Decathlon in 56 countries across 5 continents. Their passion for sports and athletics certainly resonates here at CELLIANT. In fact, Hologenix’s Co-founder and CEO, Seth Casden, is a lifelong athlete who has completed many triathlons and brings his learnings in athletics into his role as CEO.

The first product of our partnership is the Wedze Adult Ski sock. The name Wedze means ‘“slide, skid, jump” in the Savoyard dialect in the Alps where Decathlon is headquartered.
This is an over-the-calf compression sock that is thoughtfully designed to be as thin as possible for a supremely comfortable fit in the ski boot, while anti-friction thread and intentionally placed seams reduce any chance of irritation. The socks are also powered by CELLIANT technology to capture and convert body heat from the feet and lower legs into infrared energy, reflect it back into the body. This results in increased local circulation, improved cellular oxygenation in the feet and lower leg, thermoregulation and stronger performance.
