CELLIANT® is excited to return to MakeUp in Los Angeles in 2026, where we’ll be joining our beauty innovation partner iKs in Booth C05 to explore the evolving role of infrared technology in cosmetic and skincare applications.
As the beauty industry continues to prioritize ingredient performance, delivery systems, and functional innovation, infrared-enabled materials are emerging as a compelling area of exploration. At MakeUp in LA 2026, CELLIANT and iKs will present three new concepts designed to support skincare formulations through infrared energy interaction, opening the door to future research, collaboration, and validation within the beauty space.
Taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from March 5-6th, MakeUp in Los Angeles is one of the beauty industry’s leading B2B trade shows, bringing together top skincare and makeup brands, suppliers, formulators, and trend-setters from around the world. The 2026 event will take place in Los Angeles, California, and will feature curated exhibits, expert-led conferences, and innovation-driven product showcases focused on the future of cosmetics.
CELLIANT will be attending alongside iKs to connect with beauty professionals interested in next-generation material technologies, like infrared, and how they can naturally elevate skincare solutions.
CELLIANT infrared technology absorbs natural body heat and reflect it back to the body as infrared energy, supporting increased local circulation and cellular oxygenation. In beauty and skincare contexts, these physiological effects are being explored for their potential to support more efficient absorption of skincare products into the skin.
While CELLIANT’s core benefits have been clinically studied in performance, recovery, and wellness applications, its use in beauty is still an emerging area. Our presence at MakeUp in LA reflects a commitment to responsibly exploring infrared technology in cosmetic formats—while continuing to pursue research, testing, and scientific validation.
Through our partnership with iKs, the first CELLIANT infused beauty applications include a hydrogel face mask, silicone under-eye patches, and a fabric face mask, with more infrared skincare products on the horizon.
A full-face polymer-blend hydrogel mask featuring CELLIANT minerals suspended within the hydrogel matrix. This design allows infrared-responsive minerals to interact directly with the skin while maintaining the flexibility, hydration, and comfort expected of premium hydrogel masks.
Non-woven under-eye patches with CELLIANT minerals incorporated into a silicone-based formulation. Designed for targeted application, these eye masks highlight how infrared-responsive materials can be integrated into localized skincare formats.
A spunlace non-woven face mask made with natural CELLIANT-infused fibers. This fabric serves as a carrier for skincare serum blends, combining textile innovation with cosmetic delivery.
Independent, preliminary product testing conducted by iKs has indicated that CELLIANT-enabled face and eye masks absorbed infrared energy more efficiently than non-CELLIANT control counterparts. While these early findings are promising, additional testing and validation are required to better understand how infrared interaction may influence skincare absorption and efficacy.
